RETURN POLICY

We hope you liked what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

Within what period can a return be made?

You have a maximum of 35 days from the date of purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days from the date of purchase. Returns postmarked 35 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Do I have to pay for shipping when making a return?

Shipping on the first returned package of any purchase order is free. You must use the return label (“Return Label”) that we provide (see “How to make a return?” section for more details), then you must send the return package postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date.

If you have previously returned items from a purchase order but wish to make additional returns from the same purchase order, you can use the return label we provide, and $7.99 for shipping costs will be deducted from the applicable refund.

Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the purchase date.

How to make a return?

  1. Log in to your EURY user account.
  2. Go to “My purchase orders”, identify the purchase order that contains the item(s) you want to return and click on “Purchase order details”.
  3. Next, click the “Express Return” button, select the item(s) you wish to return, provide the reason for the return, and click “Next Step”.
  4. Select the “Refund Method”. Please note that available credit in your Wallet cannot be used to purchase products from Third Party Sellers.
  5. Select the “Return Method”:

USPS or UPS Return: You can use the return label provided (printer required) or QR code (printer not required).

  1. Pack the returned item(s) securely, in the original packaging if possible, and securely affix the return label to the outside of the return package.
  2. Mail the return package to the nearest USPS or UPS location (as applicable). Your package must include a postmark dated within 35 days of the purchase date.
  3. Please note that no refunds will be issued unless the returned items are properly shipped in accordance with the proper shipping labels. In the event that you have multiple shipping labels for more than one item that you wish to return, we ask that you please do not mix them up.

* The return label we provide only works when shipping within the United States.

How to locate the return label you generated?

Identify the purchase order containing the returned item(s) in the “My Purchase Orders” section of your User Account → Click on “Purchase Order Details” → Click on “Register Return & Refund” → Click “Details” → Click “Save Label” to view and download the return label.

Can worn, damaged or missing items be returned?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have both the original tags and the hygiene tag intact (if applicable).

Human hair wigs cannot be returned in the following circumstances: The item is being returned in a noticeably different condition from how it was shipped. You may not return an item if the cord has been cut, the hairnet has been damaged, there is evidence of washing or discoloration, or if alterations have been made to the length, color, shape, or material of the product.

Non-returnable Items

  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, or any other items for which no returns or exchanges are indicated.
  2. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important announcement

  1. We ask that you do not send your returned items to the address listed on the package sender. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of the return. You should only send the package to the address printed on the return label that we provide.
  2. Please make sure that you do not accidentally include any items that were not purchased on the Site or the EURY App in the return package. We will not be responsible for returning those items to you.
  3. If any item you return does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to send the item back to you without providing a refund.

Refunds

  1. For products returned in accordance with this Return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or to your EURY Wallet (according to what you have requested from us) for EURY products, and to the original payment method, for the products of External Sellers.

Unfortunately, due to shipping delays, an additional 3-5 days may be required to process the refund. We are thankful for your patience and understanding.

  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have a problem with the return, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days from the date of purchase.
